For a month long installation at the ArtHop in Burlington, Vermont. The floorplan dimensions are taken directly from significant domestic spaces from a biographical past. The walls were rendered first and then filled in with the 2 X 4 flooring. This piece followed on the heels of the Cambridge River Festival installation with the materials (that being the red construction materials) being reappropriated in Burlington. Where the constructed rooms were about a building process and an effort to resituate particular times and places, the floorplans diverge from this hope and settle in with degree of acceptance.
